Another day...another dollar...

So...today seems to be going better than yesterday although I'm already all hot & sweaty from running all over creation. Other than a serious deadline crunch on some booklets to put together, my only new stressful item is a last-minute request for a report to be put together by tomorrow. She swears she asked for it verbally several weeks ago but I don't recall it. Oh well. I'll be working overtime tonight anyway so I'll get as much done as possible. Shortly, however, I'll be off and running again - not to return until 3:30 pm.

10 minutes left of lunch....then run run run...I'll have to remember to take a book with me.

I forgot to blog on Sunday evening about one of the chronic violators of the excessive lawn ornamentation rule. Because Sunday was so windy, I noticed all of the wire-frame animals were lying on their sides. I was cracking up because those animals were deer and it's currently deer season. I don't know why it was so funny, but it sure tickled my funny bone to see wire-frame deer on their sides during deer-season. Of course, they were upright again when I drove by later that evening.
