I should, but I haven't...
I should be working on my house, but I haven't been. I haven't felt too well and the little bit I did in the yard yesterday was enough to make me tired. Add to that the migraine that has plagued me since last night and all I want to do is curl up in bed and watch TV. But, thank goodness for painkiller because I can at least do a few things without feeling like my head will split into two. I've been baking cookies this morning. My fabulous friend Becky bakes cookies when she needs some "therapy" time to herself. I have more than enough time to myself so that's not an issue. If I bake cookies, then I'm usually making them for other people. I enjoy the happy surprise I hear when the people I care about get one of my "care packages" and cookies are something I'm good at making. I don't know who I'll send these to this time. There are several who could use a little cheer. I do take requests if you have a favorite cookies. ;) (Just don't ever request a cake. I cannot make a cake from scratch for some unfathomable reason. They don't turn out. If you ask for a cake, it's going to be from a box. You've been warned! My mother can attest to this strange failure.)
I only have 3/4 of a wall left to finish in my study, but I don't have the motivation to work on it. Maybe this afternoon. I don't know. I'll have to unplug several things and figure out how to paint around the thermostat. Hrmmm...
I think I'll go through my books this morning. I need to pull out the ones I'll never read again as well as the ones I know I'll never get around to reading. My interests in literature have changed over the years and the books I had collected in college just aren't as interesting anymore. I'll put them up for sale on Amazon.com and if they don't go, I'll donate them to the library. At least I can write that off on my taxes. Plus, others will have a chance to enjoy them too! Especially the books that were required for classes. Students had better thank the unknown donor for providing a free copy!

You can sell books on Amazon? I'll have to look into that and maybe get rid of some my own. I have just been collecting them thinking that someday someone will come along and want them.
Yep! Amazon.com Marketplace...They even give you an allowance for shipping and handling. AND, you only pay a fee when your book sells. I've sold quite a few hard-to-find textbooks on there.
