Long ago I wrote a satiracle blog post on how the animals were starting to rebel against humans. When I read about this on CNN yesterday, I thought about revamping that post and adding the arsonist mouse to it. I decided against it due to time constraints.
Didn't read your link but the article I read didn't say why the man didn't just stomp the flaming mouse out before his house caught on fire or why he didn't stomp it before throwing it on the fire. What a costly lesson to learn.
I read the follow-up article. The Fire authorities are stating that they believe the mouse story because they had arrived within minutes of the blaze starting and it was what he was saying over and over at that time. I love how he refers to them as "critters".
