Ewwww...yuck!
I was walking through a campus building a few minutes ago and saw one of the most disgusting, rude and immature things I've ever seen on a graduate campus....bubblegum deliberately smeared on the wall. On a campus full of graduate students, PhD students, and faculty, the last thing I would expect to see is that! Come on people! Gross!
With it being at about shoulder height, I knew that some unwary soul would accidentally brush up against it in their nice wool coat and end up with a horrendous mess so I stopped in at one of the core facility offices and asked for a tissue. Fortunately the wall coverings that were used in that particular hallway were "nonstick" because the gum came right off. Still...I would expect better of people here!

I sneezed but couldn't find the gum. What was I suppose to do?

I would have but I was late getting back to work as it is. Maybe next time.
