and I quote, "Dogs being walked were taken from their owners and beaten to death on the spot, it said. Other killing teams entered villages at night creating noise to get dogs barking, then homing in on their prey."

Horrifying...absolutely horrifying. I could understand abandoned animal population control by more humane means but beating pets to death? Whomever took my pet would have to hide from me because I'd want to beat that person to death.
