What a day....

I spent today waiting in anticipation for reactions to my nose piercing. To my surprise only 4 people noticed! My friend Marie already knew what I had been planning so she doesn't count (although she likes it). My coworker Teresa (aka My Partner in Crime) noticed first thing this morning. She only said "nice". One of our office students noticed at mid-morning and asked me if it was real. When she found out it was, she said she wants to get one. LOL I've started a trend. My supervisor didn't notice until lunchtime, even though I sat in her office for 10 minutes chatting about the upcoming Cookie Party this week. I was laughing to myself as I turned to go out the door when she finally saw it. She really likes it and was very vocal about her admiration, which really threw me for a loop! One of my other coworkers noticed immediately upon approaching my desk but didn't say much. She just smiled.

I figure I'm okay. Heck, if my supervisor likes it and it doesn't violate dress code, then the big whigs (if they say anything negative) can just shove it. HA!
