History was written on the sands of Arrakis
I just finished watching the two Dune miniseries. I had rented them last week with the idea of being stuck at home due to bad winter weather, but Mother Nature had the last laugh and I was able to get to work after all. This meant that I only had Monday (a holiday) to watch the remaining movies I had rented. At about 4:00 pm I put in Dune...boy did I make a mistake! I should have started it considerably earlier than that! I didn't realize it was six hours in length.... So, of course, I was unable to watch Children of Dune before I had to return it. I didn't return it, however. I renewed my rental (it was only a few dollars) and just finished watching it tonight. I had seen bits and pieces on SciFi...quite a lot of pieces I discovered. But now it all makes sense and I find myself wondering how the story continued. And what exactly is Leto turning into? A worm? Regardless, I really enjoyed the movies and I'm glad I rented them.

No, he's not turning into a worm... he's turning into something wholly unique - "a desert creature".
