Two-faced people...
There's a woman on my van who complains about the other riders but never states her complaints to those she has issues with. This drives me nuts. She complains about the driver, about my friend Barb (whose child was in an accident and she had to take a taxi home in order to get to the local hospital emergency room and was unable to to reach to the sub-driver to leave a message about not riding home), and, from what I was informed this morning, about me. So she makes disparaging remarks about me but when I'm riding the van, doesn't say a word and is as polite as can be. Any respect I had for her is now zilch, zero, nada. If you have an issue with someone and you feel it's necessary to complain to everyone else BUT that person, then obviously you feel strongly enough about it that you should confront THAT person.
Anyhow, despite the tone of this message, I'm not upset. In fact, when Barb told me of the things this other rider said, I just laughed. I don't expect everyone to like me. And, when I hear someone does like me, I get ornery and like to pester them just to piss them off. LOL
Oh yes, the devil's minions are dancing around the bonfire today!!

From the stories my wife tells me, it seems like it can get a little catty on those vans. My wife gets dirty looks if she is a minute late for the van. In my opinion, if you want to leave at precisely the same time every morning or get home precisely at the same time in the evening, drive yourself. If you enjoy the convenience of not driving every day, then you need to be a little forgiving.
I think you should confront this person and tell her you don't like it when people talk about people behind their backs, but show a friendly face when they're confronted. Get nasty! (By the way, if there's a fight, could you make a video and send it over?)
LOL...there's won't be any fight! It would take A LOT to provoke me that far.
