At least they seem to be responsible parents...in my line of work, I'll see mothers with 8, 10, or 12 kids from that many different dads--sometimes they don't even know who fathered the child. It's frustrating to see people that have many kids and don't take care of them, when there are so many parents out there that are trying desparately to have just one and can't. I'm very happy for this family...it's like the parents said...it's a blessing.
Well, I wasn't exactly thinking about their ability to care for them, although they all look healthy and well-cared for. I do recall thinking that he must have a very good income to support that many, but my amazement came from her ability (and desire) to have that many children without health complications! It must be a female thing to consider the physical effects of having 16 kids...LOL

I believe he owned a successful real estate firm. Wish I had that much money.
