Steaming at the ears....

No, I'm not steaming at the ears because of anger or anything, although I have been fairly confrontational today. I solved that problem by staying at my desk as much as possible.

The reason I'm steaming at the ears is because I've spent a good chunk of today assisting technologically-challenged coworkers with the new electronic processes used for travel, voucher payments, and procurement card purchase reconciliations. (The University has gone to a paperless sytem.) Computers come easily to me, so I'm usually the first person people come to when they have a computer issue. If I can't figure it out, I tell them to call our IT support desk. Anyhoo, I've had to very carefully, through much repetition, teach my coworkers how to use these systems. Only three asked me questions today, a fourth I had to walk through a different process, but I now feel like I have steam coming out of my ears from brain overload. Do you ever feel like that? I have 45 min. left in the workday. I'm VERY ready to go home!
